About Hydrachill

Hydrachill Ltd is a privately owned UK business, incorporated in 2008. All Hydrachill refilling stations and dispensers are designed, developed and manufactured in the UK and have established an outstanding reputation for quality, versatlity and reliability.

The Hydrachill concept was developed in active consulatation with a working party of UK water companies, operating initially through Water UK under the umbrella of the Water For Health initiative.

The working party's objective was to develop and trial a technology which could help radically improve public 'on-the-go' access to fresh, chilled drinking water in a format which could also highlight important health, hydration & environmental issues.

HydraChill stations were developed to encourage consumers to reuse rather than dispose of their water containers, providing a helpful alternative to environmental concerns on bottled water's energy, litter and landfill waste.

Uniquely the flagship 2-in-1 machines were also designed to provide the option of dispensing custom-branded reusable water bottles as a helpful revenue generator to offsetting service and maintenance costs.

HydraChill Water Refill Stations have demonstrated unparalleld performance capability and huge user popularity. Many of our appealing but robustly designed machines have exceeded millions of uses. They became the first to offer Transport for London commuters free drinking water in a project supported by The Mayor of London and Thames Water.

In 2023, the Hydrachill Nugen heralded a new generation of highly intelligent 2-in-1 water and botttle re-fill stations. The Nugen offer even more advanced means of supporting the reliable provision of free water through brand enhanced hygienic excellence and reliability. Fitted with a 24" integrated media screen, the machines are capable of both remote diagnostic support and media management capability.

These features have seen the NuGen become a popular and established item for events hire. Customised Hydrachills now regularly feature at major events and festivals, both UK-wide and Internationally.

In 2024 Hydrachill launched its custom-branded wall-mounted Mural refill stations, uniquely capable of indoor or outdoor use. Rugged appeal and space saving benefits has seen popular take-up in schools, industry and leisure arenas, together with business of all sizes who value enhanced brand presence.

2026 saw the launch of the Hydrachill Duo, capable of functioning as a Freestanding unit or adoption as a table-top option for kitchens, catering and canteens. The Duo serves to complete a range of Hydrachill machines available to suit all situations and settings, public and private.
